  • Our Construction Services will provide the necessary information to obtain your town permits.
  • Our Construction Services will provide the necessary guides to secure accurate quotes from licensed electrician, Plumbers, and LP contractors. When installing Propane or Gas heaters, we recommend approvals from LP and Gas supplier inspection and Fire Marshal approval.

  • Secure a Permit from your town.
  • Determine pool location.
  • Confirmation of delivery access, our construction services will provide crane specifications based on pool location.
  • Pick your Contractors, our Construction Services will provide guidance to help line them up!
  • Confirm Soil type, underground piping, current electrical capacity with an engineer. We recommend Dig Safe services if you are unsure.
  • Confirmation of requirement of Fence around pool or if an ASTM-F1346 lockable cover could replace a fence. We have three options available.
